Who we are
Novel Africa Enterprise — Nofrica — is owned by previously disadvantaged Namibian youth who have been active in the construction industry for close to two decades.
We started with municipal services and single homes in the north and have since delivered houses, offices, school hostels and civil works for private clients, government ministries, regional councils, unions and international partners.
Our approach is simple: price honestly, build carefully, employ locally and finish what we start. It's why most of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals.

Managing Director
Tate-Ati leads every Nofrica project personally — from estimating and planning to site supervision and handover. His civil engineering background means structural details, services and compliance are handled properly from day one.
